SUPERCEL VITRUM is a high performance rigid thermoset with a resin insulation core and glass tissue based facings covering both the upper and lower side of the panel. The panel is available in the following standard dimensions: 1200 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 600 mm.

Thermal conductivity λD: 0,019 W/mK - 0,021 W/mK

 

Suggested application​Insulation in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS); Insulation of flat roofs under cold bonded and mechanically fixed synthetic or bituminous membranes; Insulation of tiled and slanted pitched roofs; Insulation of floors

 

Profiles: Standard flat profile edges or tongue and groove fastening system.

Facings: Saturated glass tissue on both faces.

SUPERCEL AERIS comprises a high performance rigid thermoset with a phenolicresin insulation core autohesively bonded with an aluminum vapor barrier foil facer on the upper side and a micro-perforated aluminum foil facer on the lower side. The panel is available in the following standard dimensions: 1200 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 600 mm.

Thermal conductivity λD: 0,019 W/mK - 0,021 W/mK

 

Suggested application Insulation of cavity walls; Insulation of ventilated facades; Insulation of heated floors

Insulation of ceilings or roofs

 

Profiles: Standard flat profile edges or tongue and groove fastening system.

Facings: Aluminum vapor barrier foil facer / Micro-perforated aluminum foil facer

SUPERCEL FLAMMA is a high performance rigid thermoset with a resin insulation core, a mineral added paper based facing covering one side and a mineral fiber added glass tissue covering the other side. The latter facing should be placed on the side that risks being exposed to flames. The panel is available in the following standard dimensions: 1200 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 600 mm.

Thermal conductivity λD: 0,019 W/mK - 0,021 W/mK

 

Suggested applicationInsulation for ventilated surfaces. Ideal for all those applications that require a high fire resistance.

 

Profiles: Standard flat profile edges or tongue and groove fastening system.

Facings: Mineral fiber added glass tissue / Mineral added paper based facing.

SUPERCEL ALUMEN is a high performance rigid thermoset designed for ductworks, especially those requiring non-fibrous material. It comprises a phenolic resin foam insulation core with, an external 25 micron aluminium vapor barrier foil facing reinforced by 5x5mm glass scrim on the upper side and a saturated glass tissue

facing on the lower side.. The panel is available in the following standard dimensions: 1200 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 600 mm.

Thermal conductivity λD: 0,021 W/mK

 

Suggested application: Insulation of cavity walls; Insulation of heated floors; Insulation of ceilings or roofs.
